Actors Saqib Saleem and Snehil Mishra publicly supported Bigg Boss 20 contestant Asif Khan after his heated clash with Qazi Touqeer over a joked remark about a heart attack. The exchange escalated into a physical altercation, including a headbutt, and drew criticism; both supporters urged empathy, noting Asif’s prior 2025 health scare later attributed to GERD.
