External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said terrorism cannot be justified and warned against its use as a tool of statecraft, urging zero tolerance. Speaking at a New Delhi event marking Chinmaya Mission's 75th anniversary, he called on the United Nations to lead rather than observe global crises and advocated reformed multilateralism and diplomacy to resolve conflicts.
