RaktKhoj, an AI tool built by two Chandigarh professionals, links patients with compatible blood donors via WhatsApp to address shortages when e-RaktKosh shows no nearby stock. Developed during the Build What Moves India hackathon using OpenAI tools, the prototype seeks government integration, testing with e-RaktKosh data and 10,000 pre-registrations to assess demand.
