Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, representing India at the SCO Heads of Government meeting in Dushanbe, announced India will host the first SCO Civilisation Dialogue Forum by year-end, inviting all member states. He paid tribute to Gandhi, held bilateral talks, and urged a collective, uncompromising response to terrorism, calling for dismantling the ecosystem that finances and shelters extremists.
