Seventeen days after a terrifying mid air ordeal, Flydubai pilot Captain Smit Machchhar has broken his silence in his first official interview. Speaking about the brutal attack inside the cockpit, he recalled how he initially mistook the blows for aircraft damage before realizing he was under attack. Despite severe injuries and losing consciousness, he managed to push the door open to save lives.
