US Secretary of State Marco Rubio met External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar in Mumbai, opening bilateral talks during Rubio's three-day India visit. Discussions, attended by US Ambassador Sergio Gor and Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri, will address trade, investment, energy, defence, security and critical technologies amid proposed trade agreement negotiations. Rubio also paid tribute to 2008 terror attack victims.
