Sweden's Truecaller said Indian authorities may seek about 900 million Swedish crowns in tax and interest after auditing its transfer pricing, following a first formal order for 2022/23 that proposes a 270 million crowns adjustment. The company expects roughly 350 million crowns in double-tax relief in Sweden, reducing net exposure to about 550 million, and will appeal.
