Claims that a Russian woman traveled to Bihar to marry a man named Rahul Yadav were false. NDTV found the footage was filmed in Purnia and featured Andrea Connolly of British NGO Shivia and local content creator Namit Bhay. The NGO team visited on October 7, 8 for community work, and Bhay denied any romantic relationship or planned November 2026 wedding.
